The 5 Most Frequently Used Apps On My Android Phone

Screen Shot 2014-11-24 at 3.21.19 PMA couple of weeks ago I published posts about the apps that I use the most on my iPad and on my laptop. Those posts proved to be popular so I thought that I should create a similar post about my Android phone. These are the apps that I use the most on my Android phone.

ColorNote: This is a simple app for taking notes. You can format notes in list form or paragraph form. The notes are saved on your phone and you can transfer them to other devices. You can add notes to your phone’s homescreen. I use ColorNote out of habit more than anything else. It was the first simple note app that I found when I started using an Android phone four years ago.

Feedly: I use Feedly to read all of the blogs and websites to which I subscribe. I can share articles from Feedly to Twitter, G+, Facebook, Evernote, and a bunch of other places right from the app.

Evernote: Evernote is where I save all of my favorite links that I find in Feedly. I also occasionally use Evernote to dictate notes to myself.

Google Keep: I’m starting to use this app more frequently. Last month I saw Chris Brogan using it as a tool to organize a presentation and I really liked that idea.

CamScanner: Whenever I need to create a PDF of printed document like a receipt, I use CamScanner. It’s free and easy to use.
