Privacy Policy

This Policy defines the procedure of processing and protection of personal information of Users of Android 4Schools website. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of personal information that the User provides about himself/herself when using the Site, Services or in the process of registration (account creation), for the purchase of services, non-exclusive license from unauthorized access and disclosure.

By registering on the Site and using the Site and Services the User expresses its full consent to the terms of this Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Site and/or any Services available through the Site shall be immediately terminated.

If the User does not agree to receive information from Android 4Schools, the User may unsubscribe from the newsletter:

by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail;
in the personal cabinet on the Site, by unchecking the previously selected options;
by sending a notification to the e-mail [email protected] or by phone contact to the contact center.

When notifications are sent to the e-mail [email protected] or by phone call to the contact center, the special software for recording actions on the respective User creates an appeal based on the results of the information received from the User. The application is processed within a maximum of 24 hours. As a result, information about the User is not included in the segment of mailings for the respective region.

Purposes of collection, processing and storage of information provided by users of the Site

Processing of personal data of the User is carried out in accordance with the US legislation. For the purposes of:

identification of the party within the framework of agreements and contracts;
providing the User with services, non-exclusive license, access to the Site, Services;
communication with the User, sending transaction letters to the User at the moment of receiving an application for registration on the Site or receiving payment from the User, one-time, if the User performs these actions, sending the User notifications, requests;
sending advertising and/or informational messages to the User – not more than 1 message per day;
verification, research and analysis of such data to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Website, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Website;
carrying out statistical and other researches on the basis of anonymized data.

Terms of processing personal information provided by the user and its transfer to third parties

Android 4Schools takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.

Android 4Schools provides access to the User’s personal data only to those employees, contractors and persons who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Website, Services and provision of Services, sale of goods, obtaining a non-exclusive license by the User.

Android 4Schools has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of applicable law (including for the purpose of prevention and/or suppression of illegal and/or unlawful actions of Users). Disclosure of the information provided by the User can be made only in accordance with the current legislation at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation.

Android 4Schools does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User and assumes that the User in good faith provides accurate and sufficient information, takes care of the timeliness of making changes to the previously provided information when such a need arises, including but not limited to changing the phone number.

Terms of use of the website and services

When using the Site, the User confirms that:

has all necessary rights allowing him/her to register (create an account) and use the Site Services;
indicates reliable information about himself/herself in the amounts necessary for using the Site Services, mandatory fields for further provision of the Site Services are marked in a special way, all other information is provided by the User at his/her own discretion.
realizes that the information on the Site, placed by the User about himself/herself, may become available to third parties, not specified in this Policy and may be copied and distributed by them;
is familiarized with this Policy, agrees with it and assumes the rights and obligations specified in it.

Familiarization with the terms of this Policy and ticking the link to this Policy is the User’s written consent to the collection, storage, processing and transfer to third parties of personal data provided by the User.

Android 4Schools does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about Users, unless such verification is necessary for the purpose of fulfillment of obligations to the User.

Personal information of the user

Data provided by the User when using the Site, Services including but not limited to: name, surname, gender, cell phone number and/or e-mail address, marital status, date of birth, hometown, family ties, home address, information about education, occupation.

Data that is automatically transmitted to the Services in the process of their use using the software installed on the User’s device, including IP-address, cookie information, information about the User’s browser (or other program with which the Services are accessed), access time, address of the requested page.

Modification and deletion of personal data

The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or her or any part thereof, as well as its confidentiality parameters, using the function of editing personal data in the section, or in the personal section of the relevant Service. The User is obliged to take care of timely changes to the previously provided information, its updating, otherwise Android 4Schools is not responsible for failure to receive notifications, goods/services, etc.

The user may also delete the personal information he/she has provided within a particular account. In this case, deletion of the account may result in inability to use some Services.

Changing the privacy policy

Android 4Schools may make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made to the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new edition of the Policy comes into effect from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy.
